For over 60 years, Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club has been at the heart of the community - a place to connect, celebrate, and belong. Now, with The Riverly, we’re extending that legacy, creating a seniors living community designed for people who value connection, independence, and quality of life.
The initial release of apartments at The Riverly will be offered through an Expression of Interest (EOI) process – a fair and transparent way for every prospective resident to secure their preferred home.
This process ensures every prospective resident has the opportunity to secure an apartment at The Riverly.
Apartments will not be allocated solely to Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club members or based on membership tenure. Instead, all interested parties will have equal access to secure their preferred home.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) for The Riverly will open on 1 December 2025 and close at midday on Friday 12 December 2025.
