No, you do not have to be a Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club member as applications will be open to all the community.
Our current plan is to have a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments – 84 quality and spacious apartments in total.
The Riverly will provide a range of services to make your life easier and to enhance residents’ well-being and convenience. These will include your Village Manager, a Concierge, Maintenance staff, an Emergency call system, social and recreational activities and housekeeping services to mention a few. Our primary goal is to allow residents to ‘age in place well’ with easy access to services as and when required.
The Riverly will provide a safe and secure community. Retirement communities are very safe as residents continually look out for each other. We will have a 24-hour emergency call system, CCTV, on site staff and secure entry and exit points throughout the secure buildings.
