Welcome to 2026. We hope you all had a safe and joyous Christmas. As we begin the New Year, The Riverly is pleased to mark an important milestone. Following a strong launch period and well-attended Information Sessions, the Expressions of Interest (EOI) phase has now completed.
Information Sessions and personal appointments welcomed members of the community to learn more about life at The Riverly and explore the residences in detail. The EOI phase also gave our first future residents the rare opportunity to secure their place at The Riverly.
We would like to congratulate those who have secured their chosen apartment, and thank everyone who attended information sessions or met with our team to learn more about this connected new retirement community.
Momentum continues to build at The Riverly in 2026. We’re now moving into the construction phase with site demolition commencing shortly.
Remaining apartments will be offered for sale from 2 February 2026. This is an opportunity for those who chose not to participate in the EOI process to meet with our team and secure a residence that suits your lifestyle.
