Expressions of Interest open from 1 December.
Following the excitement of the October 2025 launch events, early interest in The Riverly has been exceptionally strong. 400 people attended our launch events, and we’d like to thank everyone who has attended our popular Tuesday morning information sessions, or booked a personal one-on-one appointment.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) for The Riverly will open on 1 December 2025 and close at midday on Friday 12 December 2025.
With only 87 apartments available and strong early interest, the first release is expected to fill quickly.
This is your first opportunity to secure your preferred apartment in our connected new retirement community for vibrant seniors, created by Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club.
Following consultation and feedback, we’ve chosen an EOI process rather than the usual “first in, best dressed” approach. This approach will ensure every prospective resident has an equal and transparent opportunity to secure an apartment.
So, from 1 December 2025, you can submit an EOI for one or up to five apartments and rank your preferences.
Here’s how the process works:
- EOIs open Monday 1 December 2025 and close midday Friday 12 December 2025.
- Submit your EOI online or drop a hard copy form off at our Sales Office at the club (or Reception after business hours) from 1 December.
- After close, EOIs will be reviewed. Successful applicants will be invited to reserve their apartment with a fully refundable $15,000 deposit held in trust.
- Any apartments not reserved through the EOI process will be released in February 2026 under a private treaty arrangement, and everyone will be invited to participate in this second release.

Weekly information sessions are held every Tuesday at 10.30am in the Hawks Lounge at Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club. These small and relaxed sessions are a great way to view the plans, ask questions, prepare your EOI, and schedule a personal appointment if you desire.
